The Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and Borders Regional Articulation Hub (ELRAH) is a consortium of five universities and five regional colleges who work collaboratively across the South East of Scotland to embed a planned and guaranteed system of articulation that enables college students to use Higher National Certificates (HNCs) and Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) to progress into years 2 or 3 of university degree programmes.

ELRAH is funded by the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) and is one of five regional articulation hubs in Scotland.
